On Saturday evening, 28 August 2021, the KulturRaum of the impressive Zwingli Church in Rudolfstraße 14 will host the Fuchsfest with a selection of her current projects on the occasion of the 80th birthday of the composer, performance and sound artist Limpe Fuchs. According to the organisers, the musician and performer, who has been active internationally since the 1960s, has developed her very own sound language based on self-built instruments and unusual sound objects. In her many collaborations and band projects, she works across generations and around the world.
The non-profit association KulturRaum Zwingli-Kirche e.V. has, with the help of civic engagement, turned the building, long not used for ecclesiastical purposes, into a forum for art, culture and history, offering artists from the fields of film, music, literature and visual arts the opportunity to present themselves.
